The passing of a loved one is always a difficult time and Matt Willis takes the time and care to approach each service with the dignity and respect your family deserves. Matt has never missed a performance, and if an emergency were to occur, he would find another competent piper to play in his stead. Matt ensures the details are correct, from the tuning of the pipes to his professional appearance and attire.
If you are wondering how best to incorporate the pipes into a service, here are a few ideas:
Before the service: Matt would play before the service as the guests arrive to invoke the proper mood and tone for the ceremony.
During the service: After a prayer or eulogy, the pipes can be used as a segue to the next part of the service.
Graveside: Matt could play as the pallbearers carry the casket to its final resting spot, and then again as the casket is lowered.
